NT. FAMILY HOME
This contemporary four-bedroom family residence is designed as a statement of modern luxury, seamlessly blending architecture, landscape, and water into a refined living experience. The design emphasizes openness, natural light, and strong visual connections between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a home that is both elegant and functional for modern family living.
A defining feature of the residence is the spectacular rooftop leisure deck and infinity-edge swimming pool. Suspended above the central living spaces, this elevated recreational zone creates a resort-like atmosphere while serving as a unique social and entertainment destination. Adjacent to the pool is a fully equipped outdoor bar and lounge area, designed for family gatherings, relaxation, and hosting guests.
One of the home's most striking architectural elements is the cascading water feature that flows from the rooftop structure into the pool below. This dynamic feature introduces movement, sound, and visual drama, transforming the residence into a luxurious retreat while reinforcing the connection between architecture and nature.
